Benefits of Membership

1. Being seen to be part of a responsible and well respected business organisation which only accepts operators that aspire to high business standards.

2. Consequently having ready access to the three tiers of Government and having their concerns listened to and acted on.

3. Being able to submit industry problems to the Chamber for action.

4. Being able to network with fellow Chamber of Commerce members and expect priority trade from them before non-members.

12. To benefit from Chamber consultation/meetings with economic advisers, adjoining Chambers and other peak body representatives eg. QCCI, Commerce Qld, Gold Coast Combined Chamber of Commerce, Beaudesert Shire Tourist Development Organisation, Beaudesert Shire Marketing Group, Hinterland Tourist Association.

13. To benefit form various other ad hoc Chamber activities eg. Commissioning of a Report into Road Signage and consequent representation to Main Roads, Government, Council and Tourism in respect of the abovementioned report, facilitation of the changes of the conditions appended to the title in the Gallery Walk area, Facilitation of the Gallery Walk Planning Study, representation on other Mountain organisations eg. Residents Association.
